EFD's new 702M-SS miniature dispense valve provides uniform, drip-free application of dyes, UV-cure lacquers, adhesives and other fluids used in disc coating and bonding processes.

The 702M-SS valve features a unique diaphragm design that combines extremely precise fluid application with a fast, clean cutoff that eliminates dripping. The valve is used with specially designed dispense tips that have a PTFE coating to eliminate wicking and prevent dye crystallization and disc contamination.

60% smaller and 70% lighter than typical valve designs, the 702M-SS valve allows disc machines to cycle for longer periods without maintenance and with less effort, for higher yields with less downtime and wear.

With corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction and no seals or O-rings to wear out and leak, the 702M-SS valve will provide millions of accurate, trouble-free dispensing cycles before maintenance is required.
