The Ultra® 1400 Dispensing Kit is a cost-effective way to apply uniform amounts of threadlockers and other adhesives in benchtop assembly processes. Its fast, consistent application increases productivity, reduces rework and rejects, and cuts threadlocker use 50% or more.

The Ultra 1400 System combines a precision air regulator and digital timer in a compact cabinet. Using timed air pressure instead of operator guesswork to control the amount dispensed, it eliminates the waste, mess, and quality problems associated with squeeze bottles and other manual applicators.

Threadlocker is contained in a disposable syringe barrel, so it can be purchased in economical bulk containers instead of small squeeze bottles. A precision piston wipes the syringe clean as threadlocker is dispensed to eliminate waste. The syringe may be held like a pen or installed on an optional mounting rod that acts as a convenient "third hand" and allows the part to be brought to the dispense tip.

The digital timer can be adjusted in increments as small as 0.001 seconds, for extremely precise control over the amount of threadlocker applied. The operator just places the dispense tip in position and taps an electric foot pedal to put the same amount on every part. An adjustable vacuum control prevents dripping.
