Compression latches from EMKA now faster and cheaper to install. Stainless versions now available. Excellent vibration resistance. NEMA 4 and GR 487 sealing. "L" and "T" locking and non-locking. Perfect for cases, HVAC and other outdoor applications.

A new addition to EMKA's range of quarter turn fasteners. Several inserts are available for different levels of security and convenience. The latch requires 180º to operate: the first 90º to engage, the second 90º to draw down the cam 5.5 mm (.22"). Special keys are available.

Fixed cam versions are most suitable for enclosures where fairly tight tolerances are maintained; in these cases there is no need to set the cam position saving assembly and inspection time. Adjustable cam versions are available for where leakage is a problem.

Lockable (or non-locking) "L" and "T" handles and wing knobs are stock items.

Several latches are available in 316 grade stainless for off-shore and marine applications.
