RFC-2869 Mod 2 is one-part, silver filled, electrically conductive epoxy adhesive. When cured, this adhesive will have very high thermal and electrical conductive properties. In addition, it bonds very well to many substrates

• RFC-2869 Mod 2 is exceptionally useful in making electrical connections where soldering is not desirable or possible.
• This system does not require mixing or vacuum degassing. Cure is achieved at temperatures as low as 82°C (180°F) for one (1) hour or a short dwell at 121°C (250°F) for three (3) minutes.
• Because RFC-2869 Mod 2 is already vacuum degassed during manufacturing and no mixing is required, a void free casting or bond line is easily achieved.
• Material has a 3-day "out time" (working life) facilitating greater productivity and ease of handling.
• As a one-part, electrically conductive epoxy, there is no requirement for the operator to measure a curing agent ratio to the resin, which increases productivity and removes chances for errors or product waste.
