A larger and more substantial machine than the EXAKT 50, the EXAKT 80 & 120 provide greater production capacity. The larger diameter rollers also provide more shear force during processing. And, since more force can generate more heat in the product, the EXAKT 80 & 120 are available with an internal heating/cooling system for the rollers.

The EXAKT 80 & 120 are available with the following features

• Roller Material (Chrome Plated Hardened Steel & Aluminum Oxide Ceramic)
• Scraper System with interchangeable blades of plastic, ceramic & surface treated steel
• Single or dual roller speed
• Cooling & heating of rollers

Additional Features

• Heating & Cooling System for the Rollers
  All EXAKT "S" Series models can be equipped with an internal circulation system for heating or cooling the rollers. This must be installed at the factory during initial construction. EXAKT also provides a heating/cooling device if a chilled or hot water source is not available.
  
• Solvent Dispensers
  With increased viscosity of product and increased friction, the additional heat can be generated along the plastic guides that direct the flow of product. The product dispensers deliver additional liquid or solvent to the area most likely to become dry, resulting in a smoother flow of product and ease in cleaning.
• Explosion Proofing
  EXAKT Three Roll Mills can be manufactured to meet explosion proof requirements upon request.
