The OmniCure® LX300 LED UV Spot Curing system, the newest member of the OmniCure® family of UV curing systems, is best suited for medical device, microelectronic and optoelectronic manufacturing applications.

For applications where 365nm is the dominant wavelength, radiated heat may be an issue and overall cost of ownership is paramount, the OmniCure® LX300 is well positioned to become the leading LED spot curing system of choice.

The Highest Power LED Technology Available
With peak irradiance intensity of 8,000mW/cm2, and up to four ultra-cool LED heads installed, the OmniCure® LX300 LED UV Curing System provides the highest power and most reliable 365nm LED technology currently available. Dual power settings allow for up to ten times the typical life of lamp-based light source systems.

Leveraging Patented Intelli-Lamp® for Extended LED Head Life, Guaranteed
At the heart of the OmniCure® LX300 is the UV LED module with an amazing 20,000-hour lifetime. Leveraging the patented Intelli-Lamp® light source monitoring technology from the OmniCure® lamp-based UV systms, each OmniCure® LX300 LED head includes built-in LED temperature and LED life monitoring circuitry. This allows for longer lamp life, reduced LED head replacement, and lower cost of ownership all while offering an industry leading guarantee of 10,000 hours or three years of LED 'time-on'.

Ultra-Cool LED heads
The LED heads have been uniquely designed, utilizing superior materials for highly efficient cooling to maximize continuous operation without over-heating. This will minimize costly down time and extend the life of the LED heads resulting in low cost of ownership and convenience that can be relied on. Due to its' superior design, and if properly clamped, the head may be used continuously without over-heating.

Intuitive, Easy to Use Industrial Design
The LED display is ideal for use in all types of manufacturing environments, and is extremely robust and easy-to-read compared to competitive LCD-based display systems, which are susceptible to temperature and humidity changes and display degradation through rough handling. With only three navigational mode buttons conveniently located on the front panel below the LED display, the system is uncomplicated and user friendly.

Environmentally Friendly and Energy Efficient
The OmniCure® LX300 system has low energy consumption and is powered by a simple universal power AC/DC adaptor. The LED heads also do not contain any mercury in the light source so the need for special handling, storage or disposal before, during and after use is greatly reduced. The OmniCure® LX300 also conforms to RoHS and CE regulations and requirements. With instant power On/Off of LED heads, and no more waiting for the system to warm up or cool down, the OmniCure® LX300 lends to considerable energy savings over the life of the unit and impact on the environment.

RoHS and CE
The OmniCure® LX300 is environmentally friendly as the system does not require mercury for its' light source unlike the lamp type systems. The system incorporates the China RoHS requirements and the CE regulatory requirements to further aid in ensuring an environmental system and safe use.
