The X-Cite^® 120Q and 120PC Q systems use a 120-watt lamp to deliver rich spectral excitation with a uniformly illuminated field of view. The proprietary Intelli-Lamp^® provides more than 2000 hours of life. The lamps are pre-aligned so changing them is a simple, one-step process. The optional adjustable iris allows the user to set the level of illumination. Ideally suited for routine fluorescence assays and use in multi-user facilities.

Offering the same performance and convenience as the X-Cite® 120Q, the X-Cite® 120PC Q comes with the added benefit of being computer-controllable. With the straightforward RS-232 command set, integration into automated systems, as well as commercially available imaging software platforms can be easily accomplished.
