Eco-Shell, Inc. produces over 30 grades of processed walnut shell. Fine grades include U.S. Sieve sizes 35/60, 40/60, 40/100, 60/100, & 60/200. Two separate milling processes are used to manufacture our fine grades. One mill produces sharp, angular, multi-faceted particles, the other produces round particles. Sizes 35/60 & 40/60 can be produced with either shape. Sizes 40/100 through 60/200 are standard in only the round shape.
