It can be applied with a hot melt gun or, with modifications, by automated dispensing. As a thermoplastic, there is no curing reaction only a rapid solidification of the resin as it cools.
Bectron® MR 3406
has a maximum operating temperature of 130oC and offers excellent dielectric properties and adhesive strength on many different substrates over the temperature range -40oC to +130oC. It has low humidity absorption providing stable dielectric properties even after water immersion.
