This product has a visible light curative as well as normal UV curatives and will cure in 10 seconds or less when exposed to an ultraviolet light from medium pressure mercury lamps. ELC-1708 is formulated to withstand thermal cycling and thermal shock loading and be non-yellowing. Tests show little or no optical distortion and the index of refraction is close to optical grades of glass. The formulation has air release agents to help form a bubble free surface when applied.
