The adhesive has high adhesion to difficult to bond plastics such as polycarbonate, PVC, acrylic and clear ABS as well as metals, ceramics, glass. It is lightly tinted in thin bond lines but is still visible for inspection. The product has a Shore D durometer of 16-19 and a Shore A of 65-70 similar to a stiff silcone. The material can be UV cured in 10 seconds or less with a medium pressure Hg lamps. The initial self-leveling viscosity product has been used in channels where self leveling was required. Higher bead viscosities are available upon request. Used for electrical and electronic packaging where reuse or access is required. Can be machined applied with tracer or XY machines.
