Introducing the new EZ-100 Easy Mounting Bracket Assembly from Electro-Sensors Inc. The EZ-100 simplifies installation of Electro-Sensors' speed switches and speed sensors, saving the time and expense of designing, machining, and installing additional mounting brackets.

The EZ-100 facilitates quick and easy mounting of most Electro-Sensors' speed switches and sensors in both new and retrofit installations including explosion proof and waterproof applications. The EZ-100 bracket includes a heavy-duty, long life sealed bearing, stainless steel shaft, coated aluminum bracket and all other hardware necessary for installation. The assembly is coupled directly to the shaft yet hangs freely moving with the shaft to compensate for performance variables often caused by typical movement or vibration.

The EZ-100 includes Electro-Sensors' standard high-speed performance model 255 Pulser Disc. When used with an Electro-Sensors' speed switch, the system monitors shaft speed to indicate unwanted slowdown, stoppage or critical speed which may indicate potential problems or imminent failure. When used with a speed sensor, the system feeds pulses directly into any device such as a tachometer, remote speed switch, counter or PLC.
