Path Way® Remotely Controllable Network Switch Model 7341 RJ45 A/B Switch, with GUI Interface to 10 Base-T LAN Remote Control, Cat 5e The PathWay® Model 7341 RJ45 A/B Switch with 10 Base-T LAN Telnet Access and Cat 5e compliance provides a powerful and versatile tool to manage switching requirements. The switch allows the user the capability of sharing a single port RJ45 interface device connected to the "COMMON" port among two other devices connected to the "A" and "B" ports with local and remote access functionality. Remote access can be accomplished using an Ethernet 10-Base-T connection and GUI Interface. Proper authentication is required for remote access via the 10-Base-T connection. Users can then monitor status, lockout front panel pushbutton control, and control switch position. Features of the Pathway Model 7341 include:
- The switch ports are transparent to all data.
- All pins of the RJ45 interface are switched.
- All switched signals are passed via copper contact relays that maintain their position and continuity even in the event of a power loss or failure.
- Control of the switch position from a 10-Base-T LAN Ethernet environment or alternately, the front panel pushbutton.
- Remote GUI interface that allows user to control switch position and obtain switch status.
- Front panel push button may be "locked out" using the remote GUI Interface.
- Cat 5e compliance.
- Slim package, 1U rackmount is standard.
