The EnviroCam Zenith-BL3 is an in situ vision analysis system used in the Biotechnology Industry. EnviroCam "PAT" applications include bubble analysis, and the characterization of bioreactors for Kla calculations.

The EnviroCam Zenith-BL3 provides accurate, first order observation analysis, and documentation of the size and distribution of bubbles coming off of the sparger and how those bubbles change as they travel to different areas of the bioreactor.

The EnviroCam System combines this technology with high performance cameras and customized software integrated to work with National Instruments LabVIEW'. The new system is based on modular concept and can easily be reconfigured to meet changing requirements. EnviroCam Systems have found wide applications in the pharmaceutical, petro/chemical, military and semiconductor industries.
