UV 60-7016

FLEXIBLE UV CURABLE ADHESIVE,

SEALANT AND POTTING COMPOUND

DESCRIPTION:

UV 60-7016 is a high performance Ultraviolet Curable Adhesive, Sealant, and Potting Compound. This new one component urethane acrylate system was specifically designed for the difficult bonding of glass to metal. UV 60-7016 has outstanding thermal shock and impact resistance, and is an excellent adhesive for substrates of differing coefficients of expansion. It offers exceptional elongation, clarity, and excellent heat resistance.

Specific gravity, 25°C - 1.10

Solids content - 100%

Durometer - 45-50A

Water resistance, 24 hours, @ 25°C - Excellent

Curing, 300 WPI, .250 inches thickness - 45-60 Seconds

Optimum wavelength - 365 Nanometers

STORAGE:

Store out of sunlight in original container. Product shelf life under proper storage conditions is at least one year at temperatures between 40 - 60°F.

HYGIENE AND SAFETY:

UV 60-7016 Resin is a mild skin and eye irritant. Prolonged skin contact may cause sensitization. If skin contact occurs wash with soap and warm water. Eyes should be protected from inadvertent splashes. In case of eye contact flush immediately with water and seek medical attention. UV 60-7016 is available in Syringes, Quarts, Gallons, 5 Gallon Pails, and 55 Gallon Drums.
