The polarographic DO 2000 controller is built off of the advanced platform of the DO 2000 galvanic controller. The controller gives fast, reliable results with minimal flow rates and short polarization times. Polarographic, also referred to as amperometric, DO systems are commonly used in biological processes due to the compatibility of the probe materials.

The controller has four relays with time delay capabilities-- two set point relays, one wash relay, and one alarm relay. Dual-scalable 4 to 20 mA outputs for DO and temperature provide data for control or recording. Menu-driven setup program with three-level password protection provides easy and secure programming. UV-protected LCD with back lighting allows installation in wet environments and visibility in low light environments.

Choose probe 53405-50 with integral 16-foot cable for general purpose DO measurements. The general purpose probe is a 12-mm electrode that can measure from 0.01 ppm to saturation. Ideal for water/wastewater, aquaculture, or pool applications. No need to replace membranes or electrolyte with this economical probe, just replace the whole probe.

Choose probe 53405-60 and either the 16- or 32-foot cable for applications such as fermentation, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or chemical applications. The 12-mm probe has FDA membrane material and rounded design to prevent accumulation of bubbles. Various replacement parts are available for long lifetime. Sensors can be steam sterilized, autoclaved, and CIP. Order the autoclave cap 53405-62 to prevent moisture in the connector for applications requiring autoclave sterilizations. Both probes withstand pressures up to 58 psi (4 bar).
