The SW1 programmable full digital 2 phase stepper motor drives are suitable for multiform applications with step & direction, velocity analog reference, serial RS232 control, or as CANopen, Half/Full duplex RS422/RS485 slave mode multi axles systems.
The drives can also be used in Stand Alone Mode thanks to the built-in eePLC firmware integrating PLC, Motion, Process and Drive Modules in one device featuring a fast and user friendly method for applications customizing and development.
Through Ever Elettronica's eePLC Studio® Programming Environment (MS Windows OS compatible), the user can access the whole functionalities and resources of the device to manage and synchronize the motion module and other drive's resources to any process events.
Main characteristics of the SW1 drives are:
- 140 Vdc, 100 Vac or 230 Vac (no AC mains transformer) power supply.
- Modbus (RS232/RS422/RS485) or CANbus (CANopen) control mode of extended security on board provisions.
- 16 digital inputs, 10 digital outputs, 2 analog inputs, 2 analog outputs.
- Protections against over/under voltage, over current, over temperature.
- Working temperature from 0°C to 50°C.
- Storage temperature from 0°C to 55°C.
- Humidity: 0 - 90%.
- Protection class: IP20.
