Precision motorized rotary tables for heavy duty machine work, rotating platforms, rotary actuators, and robotic positioning. Great for low speed, huge torque, massive loads, and very fine angular positioning.

The 6 through 12 inch rotary tables have exceptional low backlash and are adjustable to less than .001". The worm gear set is polished and the ground surface finish and concentricity is .0005 inch. Five choices of resolution: .02 .01, .005, .0016, and .00125 degree/ step. Half-stepping produces .001, .005, .0025, .00083, and .000625 resolution. The .01 resolution model is direct drive, the others use a timing belt drive. Motor and drive components are interchangeable among the different table sizes.

Motorized tables include a 100A-TTL-86-80 or 10A-TTL-3SW-57-76M stepper motor with integrated controller/driver for easy operation. Size is listed for each table configuration, others available. Controller can automatically index to multiple angles, repeat, change direction, time-delay, wait for input signal, and other motion control features. Can be driven many ways: CNC input (step and direction), 3 onboard manual switches, serial port with simple commands, standalone (no computer needed), and/or up to 5 inputs. Extra precision, available at additional cost, achieves superior near-zero-backlash for test, alignment, measuring equipment.
