Other (under 200 pounds) machines are too flimsy to handle even a 0.250 inch cutter, while the 3,000 pound machines are too heavy.

This machine is not a toy, being 750 pounds with extra heavy gibbs and guides. Comes with 2 of our 100A-TTL-86-80, one 10A-TTL-57-66M motor/controllers, 3 72 watt 24 volt power supplies, a CNC DB25 Adaptor, and 8 handy manual switches for instant movements.

XY Zero backlash option available and contains two high precision stainless steel leadscrews with long life plastic nuts. Accuracy is +-.0006" per inch, and can be +-.0001 with CNC software offsets. The XY Teflon Zero option is the same but with hard teflon coating for 380,000,000 inches of travel.

CNC PC computer system is a complete Windows (not included) based unit with hard drive, floppy, CD/RW, special small keyboard, trackball, 256M RAM, and you supply the monitor of your choice. Comes with versatile CNC software and is completely turn-key ready for robotic machining of parts. Assembled into a very small attractive case.

CNC DB25 Adaptor is for any CNC machine because it provides easy connection to a PC printer port for up to 6 axis.

The RS232 feature allows easy connection for a simple serial bus for up to 6 devices.
