Accurate Press Operation

High speed sampling (under 1msec) and high stopping accuracy of +/- 0.01mm repeatability is achieved by utilizing the latest RISC—CPU and fully digital Servo motor control. The TOOL ID system embedded into the load cell provides automatic calibration of the press system and ensures high quality of the complete press operation.

Operator and environmentally friendly

The enFORCE system provides an opportunity for your pressing applications to improve the environment in which you work. The replacement of traditional Hydraulic / Pneumatic press systems to the electric enFORCE system reduces energy, noise, heat, hazardous fluids (oils), maintenance, and space requirements. Operating costs are typically 35—50% of hydraulic systems as the system only requires power during the press process.
Safety is also improved as electric presses eliminate oil spills around the machine and are programmable to detect abnormalities in the press process to stop the press BEFORE bodily injury or damage to parts occur.

Improvement of productivity and general use

The enFORCE system improves productivity by controlling the press process from start to finish. Control over load, distance and speed during the complete press cycle allow for a more efficient press process while providing capability of monitoring the process for higher quality. Greater flexibility is built-in using up to 32 "part" parameters which allows instant switching between press programs. These parameters are backed up in non-volatile "flash" memory eliminating the need for battery back-up. The system allows operators to easily understand the press operation by providing a Windows^® based software package for programming, displaying, analyzing & saving press data.
