The Alpha C4 has LED illumination powered by a rechargeable Lithium battery that operates for 2 ½ hours on a single charge. The light intensity is adjustable to satisfy the most demanding applications

The system captures either JPEG images (640 X480) or can record dynamic video in ASF format (320 X 240) that plays on "Windows media Player". The recording media is a SD card with up to 2 gig capacity, units come standard with 512K.

The video display is a 3.5 inch TFT LCD screen. Additional interfaces are a Mini USB 1.1 and standard AV out port.

The AlphaC4, 4-way articulating video borescope consists of a CMOS image sensor embedded in the tip of the scope with micro LED's to provide illumination of the image target. The insertion tube is tethered to an image capturing device and LED power source via a 4-way articulating handle, that allows remote motion control of the tip for a more versatile inspection process.
