FRS Omega has developed a complete step by step process that insure our customers their scopes are being repaired with attention to superior quality and fast turn around. Our standard process for a scope repair is:

1. Incoming inspection that includes both video and written documentation. Specifically identifying both internal and external scope damage for image quality and scope functionality.

2. Detailed repair quote outlining the specific work to be done on each scope.

Eliminating any questions regarding what work is to be done on each scope.

3. Upon customer approval a delivery schedule for each repair is given. If the delivery schedule is to long we can provide loaner and rental options.

4. Post repair inspection that includes both video and written documentation. Specifically identifying the image quality and scope functionality before it is shipped back to the customer.

FRS Omega generally provides the detailed repair quote within forty eight hours after receiving the scope in for repair. We can schedule and complete most repairs within two to three weeks after receiving customer approvals.
