Fenner Drives, manufacturers of red PowerTwist Plus, announce the availability of an expanded line of link-style High Performance Composite (HPC) V-belts.

PowerTwist Plus, NuTLink and SuperTLink V-Belts are made from custom polyurethane elastomers and reinforced with multiple plies of polyester fabric. Each style has a simple-to-install link design that reduces downtime and transmitted vibration and extends drive component life. Because of this link design, belts are easily made any length, reducing belt inventory stocks. In addition, the HPC material ensures outstanding performance in harsh operating conditions and difficult applications that cause traditional rubber V-belts to fail quickly.

The belts offer standard industry horsepower ratings and will run in standard sheave grooves, meaning that drive set-up does not need to be changed in any way to take advantage of the benefits of HPC V-Belts. PowerTwist Plus and NuTLink are available in classical V-belt profiles; SuperTLink is available in metric SPZ, SPA, SPB and SPC profiles.
