Unique Profiles

There are many applications that require special profiles to be added to timing, and flat belts. Please contact a Fenner Drives, Precision Products Division engineer to discuss your specific requirements.

* Lugs

Here at Fenner Drives, we can integrally mold lugs, cleats, or custom design profiles as part of the backside or inside of your belt enabling them to perform highly specific functions.

* Tracking Guides

Urethane ribs or tracking guides can be integrally molded onto our belts, eliminating the need for crowned pulleys. The rib can be designed to fit into a groove cut into the pulleys that captures the urethane rib and keeps the belt in the center of the pulley.

* Hole Punching

We can provide belts with punched holes or slots for vacuum transfer and other applications. Holes can be provided in a variety of configurations.

* Grinding

We can grind your belts to provide a self-cleaning surface to help eliminate the build up of paper dust in paper handling applications. Grinding can also provide a tighter belt thickness tolerance than molding.
