The highly modular system allows sub-bases and valves to be easily added or removed as required. The Type 44 valve terminal provides reliable operation and easy maintenance. The Type 44 conforms to the new ISO standard 15407-2, which defines the valve interface for 18 and 26 mm valves with a plug-in electrical connection.

The Type 44 valve terminal offers the highest degree in flexibility. A wide range of pneumatic functions combined with the various electrical interfaces gives both the designer and the end-user the chance to implement any function needed.

The valve terminal supports the following electrical interfaces: • Terminal box (Wago style snap connect) • Multipin connection, 37 pin sub-D • CPX fieldbus system

All the electrical interfaces offer the capability for driving 32 solenoids. A single sub-base for mounting an individual valve is available as well.

Due to the range of electrical interfaces, voltage options, and pneumatic connections available with G or NPT ports, this valve terminal can be used in a wide range of applications. The applications can range from installations using 110VAC and terminal box to installations utilizing fieldbus communications.
