FlexLink's in-line laser marking cell – a flexible solution for marking on different types of surfaces. FlexLink's new in-line laser marking cell – the F5000L – offers accurate high-speed marking on different types of surfaces such as plastics, ceramics and metals. The modular design with plug-and-play capabilities makes the unit suited for flexible and cost efficient manufacturing within the electronics, automotive and healthcare components industries.

The F5000L can precision mark on either flat or curved surfaces. It is equipped with a CO2 laser for marking on plastic as standard, but can be fit with a YAG laser for marking metals, ceramics and other materials. The high-speed laser cell uses a Windows XP operating system and works as an integral plug-and-play module of any production line, where products need a flexible and cost-effective identification mark for tracking or recognition.
