  Contour Cut Foam Products Foamex contour cut products include furniture seat cushions, backs, packaging materials and marine/RV parts. From straight-cut applications to complex and highly contoured packaging products, we work closely with customers to deliver contour cut products cost effectively and on-time. And our nationwide technical and manufacturing capabilities assure that you have the resources on hand to meet your needs. Typical density range for furniture products: 1.2 lbs. to 1.8 lbs./cu. ft. Deck Pads Foamex offers a complete range of deck pads for upholstered furniture applications. Deck pads are available in a range of weights, cut to specification. Fiber Wrapped Products Foamex creates fiber wrapped foam products, typically for furniture back and selected seat applications, to meet exact comfort requirements. Bonded and low-melt applications are available in a variety of weights. State-of-the-art fabricating and gluing operations facilitate production to exacting customer specifications. Fire Retardant Foam Products Foamex offers fire retardant products designed to meet California Bulletin 117 or other similar requirements in almost all foam grades and end products. High Resilient (HR) Foam Products Foamex manufacturing capabilities include high resilient (HR) foam products, minimum 1.8 lbs./cu. ft, that provide enhanced comfort and support, typically for furniture seat cushion applications. Viscoelastic Foam Products Foamex viscoelastic foam products are slow-recovery foams with special shape conforming properties that provide pressure point relief to virtually any bedding product.
