The WSF67K-35/1250 (39.34 Ton x 51.2") represents a new generation of servoelectrical press brakes. The machine is servo driven and is equipped with the highest class linear guides built in Taiwan. It is specially designed for years of accurate bending under the most demanding requirements. A user friendly Delem DA-51 graphical programming system makes set-up fast and "hot job" production changes routine. It provides for automatic bending programming and bending simulation.
The development of the WSF67K-35/1250 has been made with ergonomic design in mind, as well as energy efficiency. The servo driven press brake eliminates the need for oil changes, and generates no waste oil to stress the environment. The cycle times and maintenance levels are better than a hydraulic press brake. In addition, the cycle times are shorter due to fast back gauging and shorter acceleration time. The faster the cycle time, the quicker the payoff period to justify the purchase of the press brake.
There is less energy required to operate and less heat generated. One of the main characteristics of these brakes is the low energy consumption and that can result in up to 50% savings compared to a hydraulic press brake.
