The latest generation of waterjet cutting tools are easy to program and use, in addition to their recognized benefits of speed, flexibility and precision. Water is forced through a tiny nozzle at extremely high pressures to cut through virtually any material, from foam to glass to stainless up to 1.56". For harder material, a garnet abrasive is fed automatically to the jet.
Set-up is quick and easy with the CAD-CAM drawing program or lay downloading existing computer drawings. Even short runs are practical as no tool changes are ever required. The environmentally friendly Jetstream uses only water and garnet producing no poisonous fumes or toxic gases. The latest Jetstreams are installed throughout Australia, New Zealand and Ireland, plus Texas and California in America.
