MITEQ would like to introduce its new UWB (Ultra Wideband) Series of frequency synthesizers. These units are designed as an ideal replacement for any type of YIG based synthesizer. The UWB Series can lower the system power dissipation, and reduce micro-phonic sensitivity that are characteristic of the older YIG based type synthesizer.

The UWB series is available in the 4.5 to 13 GHz frequency range and is ideal for ELINT, test translation and instrumentation applications. Ultra-wide bandwidth, fast switching, and low power consumption makes this series an ideal alternate for those YIG based synthesizers. The UWB is available in step sizes down to 1 kHz, and has an output power of +13 dBm minimum.
