Schmidt Fiber Laser Marking Systems:
Schmidt offers custom and standard Microlase® fiber laser marking systems ranging from 10 watts to 200 watts which are available in infrared or green wavelengths.
Schmidt Microlase® fiber laser marking systems are virtually maintenance free and have low operating costs. The fiber laser marking systems offer a small footprint making them extremely flexible for integration into your existing production line or as separate stand alone workstations. All Microlase® fiber laser marking systems are supplied with a Windows based laser marking systems software package.
Fiber laser marking systems have a lifetime rating of up to 100,000 working hours. Fiber lasers offer high processing speeds and consistent high quality marks making them ideal for 2d part marking identification and traceability requirements. Fiber laser systems can mark most materials which were formerly thought to only be marked by lamp pumped and diode pumped solid state (DPSS) lasers. Fiber lasers will mark and engrave on steel, aluminum, plastics, ceramics and more. Fiber lasers are also well suited for virtually any deep marking, engraving, annealing, ablating, as well as, many cutting applications.

Laser System Enclosures:
Our Microlase fiber lasers and diode lasers can function as stand alone offline systems that are mounted in a safety interlocked Class I certified enclosure or they can be integrated into your production line to mark on the fly or as a fixed stop and go operation.
Schmidt's extensive knowledge on the various laser sources can help you decide which system is best for your application. Our in-house design, engineering and manufacturing departments allow for complete control over every aspect of our customer's marking application, from concept to delivery, to installation and start-up support.
