Gast Manufacturing Inc., a Unit of IDEX Corporation, announces the release of the 15D Next Generation Miniature Diaphragm Series.

The ultra-quiet pump (down to 45 dBA) incorporates oversized ball bearings to ensure maintenance-+free operation and a new flow-enhanced design that increases the performance of this series. The AC motor, single head style can develop pressure to 35 psi (2,4 bar), vacuum to 24" Hg (200 mbar), with an open flow of 10 Ipm, for custom applications. The twin head version can achieve 27 psi (1,9 bar), 27" Hg (99 mbar), with open flow to 19 lpm. Both AC and DC motors are available. EPDM diaphragms and valves are standard; neoprene is optional for select applications.
