The all new G50Z-LN Gyro is an improved low noise version of our standard G50Z gyro and is a high performance single axis MEMS Rate Sensor with very low noise as well as industry leading bias in-run and bias over temperature . Designed for commercial stabilization and aircraft applications, the gyro has a voltage output with the standard -1XX unit outputting +2.5V ± 2.2V and the -2XX model offering a differential "VSG "compatible signal outputting balanced 0V ± 5V.

The signature features of the G50Z-LN are 50% lower noise, impressive bias over temperature performance, low power consumption, light weight, as well as excellent g-sensitivity It also is offered in a VSG compatible signal output configuration making it a virtual dropin replacement for the now obsolete VSG gyro. The gyro is ideal for commercial airborne image stabilization applications, EO/IR stabilization, antenna stabilization, train ride comfort systems as well as backup flight control and other applications.

The unit is highly durable and can withstand environmental vibration and shock typically associated with commercial aircraft requirements. The unit has no inherent wear-out modes for long life and the rate output is also free from bias steps.

The MEMS G50Z-LN gyro is offered in a ±100°standard rate range. The G50Z-LN is designed for automotive testing, commercial aircraft applications, platform and antenna stabilization and pointing, general aviation and laboratory use. The G50Z-LN is ideal where low noise, excellent bias over temperature performance, low power consumption, low g-sensitivity, light weight and rugged durability are desired for commercial environments and applications.
