Infrared and Ambient Air Systems
Glenro Radplane® Series 85 infrared systems and process dryers combine rapid response electric infrared heating elements with air impingement. Depending on the specific application the air can be at ambient temperature or preheated. As the coating or saturant absorbs infrared energy and the water evaporates, air scrubs the surface of the coating to carry away the water vapor. This enhances the drying without blistering the coating or damaging the substrate.
Integrated Energy Delivery® Systems
Glenro also designs and manufactures integrated systems that combine radiation and convection heat transfer technologies. Often these systems increase overall productivity while minimizing floor space as compared to larger and less efficient convection only drying systems.
