Powered Heaters

HDT offers the best in powered tent heaters, with output ranging from 13,000 to 155,000 BTUs. The UH68ODH Tent Heater is based on the proven UH68G1 Space Heater. Major improvements on the control system and air handling make this a very compact and user-friendly heating system with a low-voltage control system for added safety. The system can be used on soft-wall shelters.

HDT's MTH150 Tent Heaters are designed to burn all grades of diesel fuels including JP8. These versatile heaters are ideal for heating a wide variety of tent systems. The MTH150's powerful 110-volt blower delivers 120,000 BTUs of clean air from outside the tent or it can be configured to recirculate the air within the structure. The MTH150CP CBRN-Compatible Tent Heater is designed to allow the heater to be run in 100% recirculation mode with a 400-cfm CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear) filtration system to protect inhabitants from any CBRN agents that might be present in the outside air supply.

HDT also offers heaters, ranging in output from 60,000 to 155,000 BTUs, which are designed to provide safe, reliable heat in situations where the outside air may be contaminated. They also use a variety of fuel sources, including all grades of diesel fuels, such as JP8.
