Resistant against biologically decomposable oils!

These cables were need due to the growing demand for these industrial applications, especially from the automobile manufactures. Mineral-Oil industry answered the call for this by developing special bio-degradable industrial lubricants, greases and hydraulic fluids.

While gentle on the environment, these bio-oils are aggressive and can cause the insulation and jacket materials to swell and decompose.

Specially modified polymers are used here for the conductor insulaltion and the jacket materials.

 In the laboratory, these special compounds have been subjected to extreme testing according to VDMA requirements and VDE specifications.

We have made sure that our cable can resist bio-oils by doing excessive endurance testing.

With our EMC (EMI) shielded type we carry stock for both the flexible and high-flexible versions to cover the demand from our customers at short notice.

The BIOFLEX control cables and wires are suitable for use in dry, moist and wet environments as well as for outdoor applications. also resistant to oxygen, ozone, hydrolysis, microbial attacks.
