HELUKABEL's SOLARFLEX Cables are intended for photo-voltaic systems. Photo-voltaic systems convert the energy of the sun directly into electrical energy. The cables are UV radiation and temperature resistant, double insulated, halogen-free and can be used to connect individual solar cells. Because of their excellent weather resistance, the cables can also be installed outdoors, but not buried in the ground or laid in water. All cables are RoHS Compliant, Recyclable!
SOLARFLEX 100: (LiTPEPUR 3-NORM) with the very rugged PUR jacket is used for the cabling between interconnected solar modules. Double insulated, Bare copper, tinned, fine wired according to DIN VDE 0295 class 5 and IEC 60228 cl. 5, TPE insulation, Halogen-Free.
SOLARFLEX 101: (LiTPETPE 2-NORM, 3-NORM) dual insulation, very good flexibility, robust and abrasion resistant. Great installation properties, resistant to short circuits up to 250ºC, -armouring of V4A stainless steel (Marten and rodent protection)
SOLARFLEX 110: (LiTPEPUR Thinline) very rugged PUR jacket is used for the cabling between interconnected solar modules, with reduced outside diameter! VDE and TUV approval, very robust and abrasion resistant jacket, UV, ozone, weather and hydrolysis resistant, Flame, oil and chemical resistance.
