These medium power high voltage silicon diodes are available in standard to fast recovery. These diodes feature repetitive peak reverse voltage ranging from 8,000 to 20,000 Volts and low reverse leakage current with reverse recovery time as low as 100 nanoseconds. They are capable of handling a maximum average forward current up to 220 Milliamps in oil, with a maximum single cycle surge current up to 20 Amps.
