As space requirements become more important High Voltage diodes such as the UFHV become a major design requirement. The compact size of the DO-41 packaged medium current, high voltage diode is well suited for small, medium power, high voltage power supplies. Available in 2,000 volts/850mA (UFHV2K), 3,000 volts/825mA (UFHV3K) and 4,000 volts/800mA (UFHV4K) versions the series meets the design criteria for power supplies and multipliers found in instrumentation, plasma displays and electrophoresis applications. The diodes have a Maximum Surge Current (IFSM) of 30 Amps with a Trr of 75nSec. The diode is available in bulk, tape and reel and ammo box packaging. The UFHV series is RoHS compliant.
