Traditional cover options:

High Friction Covers grab, feed or move product on horizontal and incline conveyors - PVC and NBR rough top, Linitrile, Linatex and Gum Rubber

Low Friction Covers that allow the conveying side of the belt to slip under accumulated load conditions - Polyamide fabric on conveying side (PC)and Polyester fleece

Additional wear resistance Covers that provide greater life in applications where abrasion can occur between the product conveyed and the belt conveying surface - Polyurethane, Linitrile, Rubber and Linatex

Compressibility Covers that cushion products that are squeezed or cradled between two surfaces, where product integrity is important - Polyurethane sponge, Neoprene sponge and Open cell foam

Shock absorption Covers that absorb shock as products are dropped from one level to the next - Polyurethane sponge, Neoprene sponge and NBR Rubber

Product release Covers that allow the product conveyed, whether sticky or hot, to be released from the conveying surface of the belt with ease - Silicone and EPDM

Food grade covers Covers added that offer good resistance to oils, acids and other conditions typically found in food related products - TPU, Nitrile and PVC

Heat resistant Covers that allow hot products to be conveyed without affecting the thermoplastic urethane base belt. Belts are designed for intermittent operation only - Heatmate
