HabaSYNC^® extruded thermoplastic urethane timing belts are made with dedicated slit lanes; meaning no cord exposure. Balanced cords are encapsulated in wear resistant TPU. Common widths available in imperial and metric pitches with no exposed cords! Belts can easily be made to your exact dimensional needs.

Standard HabaSYNC^® timing belts are made with designed slit lanes that yield clean edges in application. Standard metric lanes are made in 25mm and 32mm increments, while imperial pitches are available in .750" and 1" increments. When belts with dedicated lanes are slit to width, no cord is exposed, thus eliminating abrasion to the pulleys and to the product being moved. Slit lanes means product handling is safe.

If quantity can be justified, the Habasit application engineering team can specially design a cord lay to assist in achieving product performance or easy fabrication modifications such as hole punching.
