Series 5000 Silica Analyzer

The patented Series 5000 Silica Analyzer is an on-line instrument using the silicomolybdate/heteropoly blue method of analysis for colorimetric measurement of silica at a wavelength of 810 nm. The measurement range is 0.00 to 5000 micrograms/liter (µg/L or parts per billion) as reactive silica (SiO2). Accuracy is ± 1 µg/L or ± 5% of reading, whichever is greater for the 0 to 500 µg/L range and ± 7% of reading for the 500 to 5000 µg/L range. The minimum detection limit is 0.5 µg/L. The analyzer provides a digital display of concentration and is autocalibrating.
