S10141-1008S CCD Image Sensor

S10141-1008S CCD Image Sensor

The S10141-1008S CCD Image Sensor is a back-thinned type FFT-CCD with pixel size of 12 um. It also features a low readout noise and high resolution back-thinned CCD image sensor with built-in thermoelectric cooler intended for fluorescence spectrometer, ICP, industrial inspection, semiconductor inspection, etc.

The back-thinned CCD has high quantum efficiency (QE) from the near infrared to the vacuum UV region of the spectrum and it can even directly detect X-rays with energy below 0.5 keV. Front-illuminated CCDs can be used to directly detect X-rays up to 10 keV and X-rays over 100 keV can be imaged using fiber optic scintillators (FOS). This CCD detector can be used in low light level imaging, raman spectroscopy, microscopy, non-destructive inspection, dental X-ray imaging and medical imaging.
