Hansen Corporation is pleased to offer a new motor in the Brushless DC Motor Series developed by NMB-Minebea. Motor #BLDC65SXOX-DRV is designed with a nominal drive voltage 12 V DC to 48 V DC, continuous power output 50 W to 400 W, and continuous torque output 0.3 Nm to 1.5 Nm. For a real cost optimized solution there are different integrated electronics available such as simple speed and direction control, positioning (replacing high speed stepper motors), torque control, RS232 and RS485. All systems are deliverable with and without encoders.
This Brushless DC Motor Series is especially designed for tasks of drive, which require a high life time, a high power density as well as good dynamics. This series of motors are recommended for the replacement of the more expensive servo motor systems.
