Synchron 600 Series AC timing motors are the industry leader in applications requiring spring return capability. The Hansen Synchron motor distinguishes itself by being able to stall indefinitely in output speeds of 1 RPM and faster with no damage to the motor. The Hansen motor also requires consistently low torque to return the motor to it's starting position.

The indefinite stall capability coupled with consistent reset torques make the Hansen Synchron motor ideally suited for motorized valve and damper applications. The motor can be powered to open or close and remain powered (stalled) until the motor is de-energized. At that time a spring is used to return the valve or damper to it's original position.

Each Synchron motor is available with a wide variety of output configurations. Synchron motors are also available with round or pear shaped gearboxes, class A or class F coil construction, and wattage's ranging from 3 watts to 6 watts.
