The all new Data Stream Series of Electrical Properties Transducers are the most advanced electrical sensing products available in the industry. Voltage, Current, Power, Power Factor, Energy and Frequency can all be monitored in a single package. The sensed information is then provided to the system via an RS485 serial bus. Constructed in a DIN Rail mount package, this series is available in multifunction (CRD5100) and voltage and current only (CRD4500, CRD4100) devices. A simple set of ASCII based commands controls all functions of the transducer. A low cost RS485 to RS232 converter can help the user control up to 256 devices with a single RS232 connection.
Current Sensing relays monitor Currnt and After the timer cycles the electromechanical relay is energized. A precision voltage reference circuit ensures a highly repeatable trip point. Design of the power-on delay circuitry allows the supply power to be repeatedly cycled on and off, without affecting the stability of the current sensing operation. True RMS Current Transducers and Transmitters operate over frequency ranges of 20 to 5K Hz and are available in seven different input ranges. In addition, external current transformers are available to extend the measurement range. Response time is 250 ms and the MTBF is greater than 100K hours.
Variable trip point and time delay Monitors currents from 10 mA to 60 AC Amps Electrical isolation between circuits Output relay rated up to 20 Amps LED trip status indicator Dead band prevents relay chatter Calibrated dial option available External current transformers available
