Hernon Manufacturing introduces Fusionbond an Engineered Structural Adhesive. Fusionbond is a two-component, methacrylate adhesive that is specially formulated to bond diverse substrates such as ABS, Nylon, PVC, Gel Coats, PBT blends, Steel and more.

Fusionbond is available in an easy to dispense dual -50 milliliter package complete with a static mixer to take the guesswork out of mixing the adhesive. The user simply removes the cap, inserts a disposable static mixer, applies Fusionbond, and then finishes by replacing the cap. The Fusionbond is ready for the next repair. Fusionbond is also available in dual- 400ml cartridges and larger sizes for production applications. Hernon Manufacturing offers a complete line of dispensing solutions to create a turnkey Fusionbond bonding system.

In additio to strength and versatility, Fusionbond offers chemical resistance to material such as kerosene, hydrocarbon oil, mineral spirits, and ethylene glycol. In testing, Fusionbond maintained integrity in unleaded gasoline for more than 1000 hours.
