ACS Advantage in 3D

The function recognizes the lens and selected magnification providing the system with the depth-of-field data. As a result, the travel speed of the motorized Z-axis is automatically adjusted. This allows for fast and accurate 3D measurement.

3D Profile

Operate the mouse to move the slicer to the target line and display height, width, and surface irregularities as a graph. Interlocking the profile graph with the image display area allows you to intuitively grasp the 3D image.

Point Height Measurement

Height can be displayed in real-time by simply moving the mouse to the target point on screen. A single click allows you to attach measurement value labels just like a memo. Besides simple measurement of height at multiple points, images for reports can also be prepared with ease.
