SYSPEND™ Sanitary HMI System

Overview

Hoffman® SYSPEND™ Sanitary HMI System is designed for enclosing, protecting and suspending lightweight HMI devices up to a maximum load of 90 lbs. The system consists of a SYSPEND Sanitary HMI Enclosure and SYSPEND Sanitary Suspension System-specifically designed to meet the demanding needs of sanitary environments.

• Rated for NEMA Type 4X and IP69K protection in high pressure, high temperature washdown applications
• Modular design, with multiple tube lengths and straight, L and U-shaped tubes, allows for application versatility
• Integrated side handles allow easy enclosure repositioning
• Minimal bacteria catch points; no exterior bolts, set screws or obtrusive hardware when bracket covers are used
• 20-degree sloped top and bottom facilitates water and cleaning solution runoff
• Slanted flange trough collar prohibits fluid pooling by the enclosure opening
• One-piece closed-cell silicone gasketing is fully concealed for superior washdown protection
• 304 stainless steel construction provides corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning
• SYSPEND-LOK™ fittings attach without set screws to minimize bacteria catch points, providing a secure design with leveling capability
• Full range of enclosure modifications are available
• Enclosure can be flipped for either pendant or pedestal mounting
• Type 304 stainless steel construction
