High Pressure Sensors

• Foil-based strain gage technology enables our pressure sensors to withstand pressure that would destroy silicon-based or micro-machined pressure sensors
• Our high pressure sensors offer optional compensated temperature ranges from -54°C to 121°C (-65 ° F to 250 ° F) for MV output. Optional compensated temperature available for high level output – contact Honeywell
• Versions certified for hazardous environments are also available – contact Honeywell
• All pressure sensors ship with certificates of calibration and traceability

Potential applications:

· Oil-field geology, aerospace research and development, etc.

Flush Diaphragm / Miniature Flush Diaphragm Sensors

• For high-frequency pressure measurements or in applications with severe space limitations
• Ranges from 0 psi to 100 psi to 0 psi to 20,000 psi (o bar to 10 bar to 0 bar to 1400 bar)
• All welded, machined stainless sensing diaphragms for increased ruggedness
• Bonded piezoresistive and metal foil strain gauges offer enhanced reliability
• Millivolt and optional high-level outputs are compatible with most data acquisition systems

Potential applications:

· Aerospace hydraulics, flow meters, oil field down-hold drilling and well logging tools, and automated metering and dispensing control for high-viscosity materials (such as automotive sealants, gaskets, and automated paint systems), etc. Submersible designs also available.
